Echo Investment is planning to roll out its smart home management system this year. Aurelia, a virtual customer assistant, will provide assistance to potential homebuyers. The Aurelia chatbot knows almost everything about Echo Investment’s residential projects. Clients can talk to her on Facebook Messenger and on the websites of selected projects like Stacja Wola in Warsaw, Fuzja in Łódź, the KRK residential estate in Kraków, Station 3.0 in Wrocław and Nasze Jeżyce in Poznań. Ultimately, Aurelia will be available on the websites of all of Echo Investment’s residential projects.
