ECM wants to off-load City Epoque, one of its high-rise projects in Prague Pankrác. The company has asked the creditor’s board for approval to start work on tender conditions, according to the news server ČTK. ECM has been in bankruptcy proceedings since last year. CPI Group is among the potential buyers of ECM assets, but the group’s spokesperson Michaela Winklerová told ČTK that a solution to the situation in ECM will be vital. The creditors have not yet come to agreement, as the creditors committee recommended a bankruptcy in February, while ECM management and some of the creditors suggest reorganization.
