The developer JRD started construction on its Ecocity Malešice residential project in Prague 10. The developer has partnered with two other investors, NOSTRA-HERTZ and Konstruktis, on what JRD claimed will be the largest project with near-zero energy consumption in the Czech Republic. So far, 30 percent of apartments were pre-sold before construction began. Ecocity Malešice will be built in two phases. When completed, it will offer 110 three- to four-room units.
