Bischoff & Compagnons Property Networks is set to add 10,000 sqm to its EcoPoint office project in Košice. The first office building, completed in 2014, offers 5,000 sqm and is fully leased to IT, hi-tech and R&D companies. The Austrian-German developer wants to break ground on the second phase in May, with completion scheduled for 2018. Miroslav Cimerman of CBRE Slovakia, which oversees leasing, says EcoPoint, located along the Košice ring road, is the only project with a LEED Gold certificate in Košice.
