Ecovillas sold 42 apartments out of the 44 in the first phase of the LOFT green apartments project in Mogoșoaia. At the same time, 25% of the buildings under construction are already sold.
The total value of the LOFT green apartments project will amount to over 10 million euros and will include three buildings, with three types of apartments: studio, two rooms and three rooms. Upon completion, the complex comprises 154 apartments. The next two phases of the project, which include blocks 2 and 3, will be completed by the end of 2021.
The LOFT green apartments project is surrounded by 87 hectares of forest and has over 7,500 square meters of yard with alleys, parking lots and green spaces, which represents approximately 75% of the total land.
