The Ecovillas company will deliver on the residential market another 12,000 sqm of housing worth over EUR 20 million, with delivery in a year and a half from the start of construction. The developer plans to build a larger apartment complex with heat pumps in Bucharest, with construction scheduled to begin next year. In parallel, the company also plans to build new houses in the Pipera area.
“In recent years, we have periodically conducted studies that tracked buyers’ behavior, and the results have been increasingly encouraging, thus confirming the strategic plans on which we have based our business model since the first project. It is a market that needs more and more quality housing, which does not need too much maintenance, eco-friendly housing, developed with a civic spirit and not only taking into account profit margins or other economic indicators,” said Vlas Veaceslav, CEO Ecovillas.
