International consulting firm Ecovis has signed a lease on approximately 5,000 sqm at CA Immo’s planned MY.O office building in Munich. The building will offer around 25,000 sqm of leasable space. Construction is scheduled to start this summer, with completion set for 2019. Designed by Maier.Neuberger.Architekten, MY.O will go up in Munich’s Nymphenburg district near the Laim train station. The project aims to secure DGNB gold certification.
