Eden Capital Development has taken over DaVinci Group, the company that is developing Da Vinci Residence across from the entrance of Văcărești/Tineretului Park in Bucharest. The transaction is valued at between €7m and €8m. Da Vinci Residence will include approximately 333 apartments in three buildings. Eden Capital Development is planning to rename the project as well as make some design changes to adapt to the evolving market situation.
