The EDF energy supplier is to open its new office in Warsaw. An agreement for 1,200 sqm in the Skylight office building was signed with the French-based Unibail-Rodamco, which owns the building. The latest deal increased the level of the space leased in the building to 90 percent said Emilia Załuska, who will become the building’s facility manager as of July 1. Skylight is a part of Warsaw’s popular Złote Tarasy mall, that offers 21,500 sqm offices in the city center. Located at the corner of Jana Pawła II, Al. Jerozolimskich and Marszałkowska streets, the complex was sold this year by ING Real Estate to a fund managed by AXA Real Estate and CBRE Property Fund Central Europe for €475m.
