One Real Estate Investment has announced that Edward M. Bond has joined the company as Vice President of Investment. Bond was an associate at Coral Gables-based Bayview Asset Management where he evaluated and traded non-performing and re-performing loans and was Assistant Credit Risk Manager at PHH Mortgage before joining One Real Estate. Bond earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Rutgers University.
