The Eften Real Estate Fund has posted revenues of €4.1 million for the first 6 months of 2018, an increase of 16 percent on the same period in 2017. However, its net profit fell by 22 percent to €3.2 million due to a revaluation following the recent purchase of the Evolution business centre in Vilnius. Its value decreased by €982 thousand. Despite this reduced valuation, income from this additional property drove the company’s monthly portfolio rental income from €624 thousand in May to €684 thousand in June. As of June, the total assets held by the company are valued at €106.1 million, up from the €97.3 posted at the end of 2017.
