Erste Group Immorent held a topping-out ceremony for its Enterprise office project in Prague 4-Pankrác. The 29,000 sqm complex is located between the Prague Magistrala express road and the Gemini business center which Immorent completed in 2009. Enterprise has secured a pre-lease with Avast, the Czech software company which is currently contracted to lease 15,000 sqm of the building. EGI director Tomáš Velemínský says negotiations are underway with a single tenant interested in taking a large proportion of the remaining space. Office space is on offer for €15/sqm, with operation fees set at CZK 57/sqm/month. Enterprise will also offer 2,600 sqm of retail space on the ground floor, 1,500 sqm of which will be taken by a restaurant and a café. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
