Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has leased 400 sqm of office space at the Porto Office complex in Kraków. The construction group was represented by Savills. Porto Office features two class A buildings. Porto Office A includes 7,000 sqm of space on four floors as well as 189 underground parking spots. The building is applying for a LEED Gold certificate. “We decided to rent space in Porto Office mainly because of the numerous amenities, good infrastructure, but above all for the building’s cozy working atmosphere. The surrounding garden and green areas, as well as the proximity of recreational areas, will certainly contribute to the creation of an ideal environment for our employees’ work, relaxation and business development,” said Aleksandra Bednarek, head of the administration department at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
