Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has completed the first phase of Mennica Residence at the junction of Grzybowska and Żelazna streets in Warsaw. The company delivered 189 apartments in two eight- and 15-story housing blocks. The apartments range in size from 26 sqm to 300 sqm. The property offers an inner courtyard, squash courts, a gym, changing rooms and a sauna and jacuzzi. The investor is Mint of Poland. The project was designed by BBGK Architekci. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
