The Eiffel Square office building in Budapest was awarded BREEAM Excellent certification for asset performance in the In-Use Asset category. The fully leased building has 20 office, retail and restaurant tenants occupying 23,600 sqm. The scheme also has 365 underground parking spaces as well as a 4,800 sqm green park and a number of green terraces and an extensive green roof.
