Eight lease renewals at WFC

The Warsaw Financial Centre reported a wave of lease renewals, with eight tenants recently signing extensions. The deals, totaling 3,000 sqm of office space, included Nykredit (950 sqm), Europejski Bank Odbudowy i Rozwoju (742 sqm), Fortum Power and Heat Polska (423 sqm), Egis Polska (334 sqm), PayPal Polska (220 sqm), Weil, Gotshal & Manges (185 sqm), Public Aid (147 sqm) and Nordic Development (113 sqm).

Located at the corner of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska streets, Warsaw Financial Centre offers 50,000 sqm of space, along with 350 parking places. There are nearly 70 tenants in the building, including Google, Bloomberg, CMS Cameron McKenna, DLA Piper, Chadbourne & Parke, Pernod-Ricard and Kompania Piwowarska.

The consortium of Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III acquired WFC in 2012.
