Tattersall·Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management has appointed Eiko Görs as the new head of its Berlin office. Görs replaces Heiko Lautenbach who has completed a 7-year stint at leading the office. Görs has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry, most recently as Head of Operations at CBRE Berlin, where he was responsible for organisational development and contract management. Prior to that posting, he managed the Berlin, Leipzig, and Dresden offices of BNP Paribas from 1999 until 2017. Later, as Vice President Property Management of the NAI Sullivan Group, he established an office in Oklahoma, USA. Tattersall Lorenz’s Berlin office has a team of 57. The company is currently responsible for the property management of 267 assets, with a total floor area of 670,000 sqm in the office, health, retail, logistics/light industrial and residential sectors.
