CPI Park Mlynec is adding the leather components supplier Eissmann to its list of tenants. The company will move into a new, air conditioned production facility once it’s completed during the first half of 2020. The 7,000 sqm facility is being built to BREEAM standards, with its developer CPI paying close attention to its energy efficiency and to the creation of a healthy working environment inside. CPI Park Mlynec is a former Czech army complex located at the D5 exit 136 (6 km from the German border) that allows for the construction of up to 600,000 sqm of leasable space. “We believe there will be more companies to prepare new buildings for,” says division director Radek Zeman. “In addition to production halls, we also plan to build new housing facilities for employees.”
