The developer Ekospol has completed its largest project, Panorama Kyje, which totals nearly 1,000 flats. Denik.cz writes that the project sold out months ahead of time and that owners of the new units will be able to move in before the end of the year. The project is located between the Rajska zahrada metro station and the Prague ring road. “When we came here ten years ago there was nothing here,” Denik quotes Ekospol’s directo Evžen Korec as saying. “Now the entire place has changed beyond recognition. We created a new neighborhood with its own streets.” Ekospol is a mainstay of the Prague residential sector, specializing in edge of city location project sold at more affordable prices.
