Elbfonds selected BNP Paribas Real Estate Capital Markets as a strategic adviser for its Polish retail portfolio. BNP Paribas will advise on facility management sales and other financial matters. Elbfonds said the move is a part of the investor’s wider plan to reestablish itself as a closed-end fund. “In an effort to provide high-quality services to our clients and investors, and to increase the exposure of our marcredo brand, we’re currently looking to secure partners from various market sectors,” says Stephan Groht, founder and the owner of Elbfonds Development.
“Elfbonds’ retail portfolio has been created with well-performing projects, including, in large part, convenient stores, providing their offer to Poland’s biggest residential schemes, which makes them an interesting target for investors seeking a stable return rate and low risk,” says Małgorzata Gajuk, associate director for BNP Paribas Real Estate Capital Markets in Poland.
