Household appliance producer and distributor Electrolux is expanding the warehouse space it leases at MLP Pruszków I in central Poland by 3,700 sqm. The additional space will be handed over by end of 2017. The park, owned by MLP Group, offers 170,695 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space leased to more than 50 companies. “Increasing leased space confirms that our offering is tailored well to meet client expectations. Our extensive flexibility in offering an option to take up warehouse space was particularly important to Electrolux,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, head of leasing at MLP Group.
