Electroputere Craiova Park shopping center, beginning from November 2012, will have a cinema and a bowling complex, thus inaugurating the entertainment area of the mall opened last year.
The Light Cinemas will open a cinema with 6 halls, bowling complex with 8-track and an exclusive café. John Sullivan, partner at Light Cinemas said that the investment amounts to €5m.
International real estate consulting company DTZ is the exclusive rental agent of Electroputere Craiova Park. At the opening, in November 2011, the shopping center were 97 percent rented.
K & S Developments is the developer and the owner of Electroputere Craiova Park and is coordinated by Steven Van Den Bossche, Magnus Lofgren and Kris Carton.
