The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland during the lease process, while the owner of the office building was represented by Knight Frank. Principio is located on Armii Krajowej street and includes two blocks totaling 11,000 sqm of leasable space. The investor is Eko-Park S.A., a member of the Zasada Group.
