Dentons, Douglas Polska, ING Business Shared Services B.V. and SuperDrob will soon move their offices to Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. The mixed-use project’s three office buildings are now almost fully leased. The current tenant mix includes ALD Automotive, CI Games, Coast2Coast, Real2B and White Star Real Estate. Building B5, which offers 10,500 sqm of office space, and Building B4, which offers more than 6,200 sqm, received occupancy permits in Q2. Both are more than 92 percent leased. Building B1 which offers 5,000 sqm of office space is currently under construction, with delivery scheduled for Q2 2019. Building B1 is already 40 percent leased and the remaining space is under advanced negotiations.
