The real estate developer Element Industrial starts a new logistics project in Brăila. The total investment exceeds EUR 25 million. Last year, the developer won the auction organized by Brăila City Hall and received the land in concession. The park will be built in three phases and will have a total gross area of 50,000 sqm.
“We recently received the building permit for the first phase, of 10,000 sqm, an excellent option for distribution, production or logistics, with direct access to E584. Brăila has all the advantages that a business needs: positioning in the road-naval node, labor force, the opening given by the bridge over the Danube and, last but not least, local authorities that make every effort to attract investors in the area “, says Andrei Jerca, Managing Director, Element Industrial.
