Element Industrial, controlled by the entrepreneur Ionuţ Dumitrescu, received the authorization for the first phase of its ELI Park Brăila project, a total investment of over EUR 25 million.
The logistics project is located on an 11-hectare plot of land in the Brăila Free Zone. Element Industrial plans to develop in three phases logistics project with a total gross area of 50,000 sqm.
“Brăila has all the advantages that a business needs: positioning in the road-naval junction, labor force, the opening of the bridge over the Danube and, last but not least, local authorities that make every effort to attract investors in the area. We recently received the building permit for the first phase, of 10,000 sqm, an option for distribution, production or logistics, with direct access to E584,” says Andrei Jerca, managing director, Element Industrial.
