Element Industrial, owned by Ionuț Dumitrescu, announced investments of EUR 37 million in a new industrial park in the Buftea-Chitila area. Eli Park 3 will have a total area of 72,000 sqm, and in the first phase a distribution center of 18,500 sqm will be built. The project is developed opposite Eli Park 1, on DN7 and is located at a distance of 4 km from Bucharest.
The developer is working on a series of projects under the Eli Parks brand, logistics parks with areas between 50,000 and 60,000 sqm in Bucharest, Craiova, Bacau, Targoviste, Timisoara, Braila, Ploiesti, as well as warehouses with smaller areas, grouped under the name Eli Xpress.
