Elke Schӧpf has joined the retail department at CBRE Romania. Schӧpf has more than 15 years of experience and will coordinate leasing for shopping centers exclusively represented by CBRE Romania.
“Parklake and Veranda Shopping Center are the main exclusive representation mandates that CBRE is focusing on at this moment, excellent shopping centers with a high leasing rate,” said Luiza Moraru, head of retail and asset services at CBRE Romania. “Elke’s wide experience in both retail and on the Romanian market will be a great addition to our development plans and will generate added value to the services offered to our customers.” Schӧpf previously headed the leasing retail department at Immofinanz. Schӧpf also worked for Raiffeisen Evolution and Baumax.
