Elster Rometrics, part of Germany’s Elster Group, a leading supplier of equipment that measures water, electricity and gas levels, has signed a 10-year lease on 7,000 sqm at Timisoara Airport Park. The new hall will be delivered in the third quarter of 2015. Elster can expand the space in the future by up to 4,000 sqm. Tenants at Timisoara Airport Park, owned by Globalworth, include Valeo, which is active on the automotive market, as well as Continental, which manufactures automotive components.
