Raiffeisen Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide a syndicated loan of EUR 37.55 million to the eMag group. Of the total amount, the EBRD covers EUR 16 million. The loan is part of the financing of the development of the retailer’s second logistics park, as well as its equipment with hi-tech equipment.
The new logistics center is located at km 19 of the A1 highway and will cover an area of 130,000 sqm, the total value of the investment being EUR 90 million. The works should be completed in September, and by July 2022, all automations and technologies will be operational.
