A joint venture between The St. Joe Company and Key International has kicked off construction of Embassy Suites, a 255-room hotel in Panama City Beach, Florida. Located in the Pier Park area on Front Beach Road, the property will have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Plans call for a pool, meeting space, a fitness center, restaurant and event space on an upper level. Once completed in 2021, St. Joe will manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
