Brad Knolle has been promoted by Embrey Partners to the position of executive vice president of development. In his new role, Knolle will focus on deal-sourcing opportunities in both Tennessee and Florida. He will also oversee entitlement processes, developments and implementation projects for the multifamily market. Knolle holds an undergraduate degree in construction science and a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of San Antonio. He has worked for the firm since 2012. “This is a well-deserved promotion for Brad,” said Trey Embrey, CEO of Embrey Partners, in a prepared statement. “Over the past five years, he has gained invaluable insight that he has applied to his projects along the way. I’m excited to see what is to come.”
