The Polish arm of EMC Computer signed on for 1,000 sqm at Gdański Business Center I, delivered last year to Warsaw’s Wola District by the Slovak-based developer HB Reavis. The new tenant will move into the project’s first phase in July, taking all of the building’s eighth floor. This is the sixth lease agreement at the project since the beginning of the year, totaling 6,800 sqm of space.
Gdański Business Center I is a part of of large-scale office scheme, which will offer 98,000 sqm of space. The second phase of the GBC, comprising of two buildings, is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.
