Emerson SRL has leased approximately 6,000 sqm of office and production space at Urbano Parks in the western part of Cluj-Napoca. The American company has signed a 10-year lease for the space at the industrial park, where it is planning to relocate its Appleton business unit. The current tenant mix at Urbano Parks includes the Austrian companies Englmayer and Schuller Eh’Klar.
