Emil Frey leased 12,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Bratislava Park in Lozorno. The Swiss international automotive service provider will use the building to store approximately 30,000 spare parts for distribution throughout Europe. The deal was brokered by Modesta Real Estate. Emil Frey will officially starting operating at P3 Bratislava Park this fall. “Our success in the demanding automotive sector demonstrates that our buildings meet the highest standards”, says Peter Bahnik, head of leasing for Slovakia at PointPark Properties (P3).
