Emma Swinnerton has been appointed head of flexible leasing solutions for the EMEA region at C&W. In her new role, Swinnerton will focus on the flexible office and coworking sector, providing strategic advice to operators, landlords, investors, and new entrants on how to respond to the changing dynamics of the market. She previously worked at Regus, where she served as global commercial director for spaces and new formats. She began her career with British Airways, working up to a senior role in global product development.
