The Board of Directors for the Boston Redevelopment Authority have approved plans for a new residence hall planned at Emmanuel College. The new $125 million dormitory will be constructed on the site of the existing Julie Hall located on Brookline Avenue. Totaling 267,000 square feet, the 19-story development will provide 691 beds. The building will feature a café serving prepared foods and ground floor space for a variety of student life and academic uses along with 102 bicycle spaces and 15 underground parking spaces.
