According to the news server Parkiet.pl, the founder and chairman of Emperia Artur Kawa could step down from his position in the near-term. Off-the-record, Kawa has already named his replacement, as his second in command at Emperia, Dariusz Kalinowski, could take the top spot. “Artur Kawa will recommend Dariusz Kalinowski, the chairman of the Stokrotka chain,” the company said adding that no further details would be disclosed at this stage. The decision on the new appointment is expected to be taken within a few weeks, by Emperia’s shareholders.
