Dallas based Encore Enterprises affiliate EH Tampa Westshore LLC has purchased the Hampton Inn in Tampa’s Westshore District for $12 million. This represents a 24 percent discount from the last time it was sold, less than two years ago. The vendor, Leeward Strategic Properties, purchased the property in April of 2013 for $15.8 million. The hotel, which is located at 4817 W. Laurel St., has 133 rooms and was financed with a $11 million mortgage from General Electric Capital Corp.
