Enel-med has extended the lease agreement in the West Gate office building in Wrocław and announced the diversity of services for patients.
enel-med, one of the largest networks in the medical services industry in Poland, has extended the lease agreement in the building owned by Globalworth for another ten years. The tenant will simultaneously expand dental and rehabilitation services for their patients.
West Gate attracts leaders from many industries, and its undoubted advantages are the location, services in the building and comfortable workspaces. The medical center of the reputable chain certainly improves the attractiveness of the office building and facilitates its employees and residents of the surrounding settlements care about well-being and health. Continuation of cooperation with a medical company with such high prestige proves the success of our own approach. Thanks to it, we build even stronger relations with tenants. In the process of renegotiating the agreement, the tenant was represented by the international consulting company CBRE.
