Enel signed a lease to take more than 11,000 sqm at the Day Tower building, which is nearing completion in downtown Bucharest. The Italian electricity and gas manufacturer and distributor is planning to consolidate its Bucharest operations into a single building. The company will pay up to €2m in rent per year. Day Tower is set for delivery in March. It will offer about 12,000 sqm of space spread over nine floors.
