Enemalta will build the Možura wind power plant in Montenegro. “Today, we have been given assurances that the construction will start in March 2016 and is expected to be completed 24 months after the commencement of the works,” said Vladimir Kavarić, the Montenegrin economy minister.
Enemalta has submitted a bank guarantee of €1.5m for this project.
