Immorent, part of Erste Group, has finally started construction on Enterprise Office Center in Pankrác-Prague 4. The software producer Avast will anchor the project, having signed a lease on 11,000 sqm of office space. The pre-lease allowed Immorent to break ground at the site between the Gemini office center and the D1 motorway near the Pankrác metro station.
Enterprise, designed by the architect Vladimír Krátký, will offer approximately 32,000 sqm of office space and is scheduled for completion in 2016.
