Epson, which manufactures computer printers, signed a long-term lease with AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets on more than 3,000 sqm of office space at the 28,500 sqm Can Amettler scheme in Sant Cugat on the outskirts of Barcelona. Completed in 2009, the property includes four five-story tower blocks of Grade A office space. Can Amettler is now currently 71 percent leased.
