Epstein Architecture & Engineering expects to work on projects totaling €40m this year, according to Randy Tharp, the company’s managing director. One of the most important projects the company is currently working on is the construction of a 25,000 sqm production hall in Bucharest for Aversa Manufacturing. The project, which is set for completion in 2015, is expected to cost an estimated €15m. Epstein is also involved with the 8,000 sqm WDP Industrial Park near Ploiesti. The company said it worked on projects totaling roughly €40m in 2013.
