Forte Partners has tapped Epstein Architecture & Engineering to design the second phase of The Bridge Office Development in Bucharest’s Orhideea neighborhood. The project features two 10-story buildings with retail and office space as well as underground parking for 600 cars.
The second building will offer 20,400 sqm of space. Forte Partners will also pursue LEED Gold certification for the second building. Construction is set to start within the next eight months. Epstein Architecture & Engineering also designed the first building, which is currently under construction by Bogart and expected to be completed in September 2017.
