EQT Partners GmbH, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has renewed its lease agreement in Palais Leopold building on Leopoldstrase in Munich. The lease agreement, concluded with SL Beteiligungs-GmbH & Co., comprises 2,222 sqm of office space. The investment company EQT Partners was established in 1994 by companies including Investor AB and its founding partners. It owns offices in 14 countries in Northern and Eastern Europe, Asia and the United States.
