Equiniti has leased 2,350 sqm of office space at Equal Business Park C in Kraków. The high-tech company was advised by Savills during the lease process. Equiniti will create 150 jobs at its new office. The third phase of Cavatina Holding’s project was completed in late 2018 and is the largest building at Equal Business Park. The building offers 23,000 sqm of office space. Construction of Building D, which will deliver 11,000 sqm of new office space in 2020, is expected to begin shortly. The developer and the general contractor of Equal Business Park is Cavatina Holding.
