Slovenian real estate company Equinox targets earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of EUR 4.96 million this year, according to the company statement. Equinox expects EBITDA margin of 79.6 percent and net revenue of EUR 6.23 million in 2022.
The company recorded EBITDA of EUR 2.87 million, EBITDA margin of 64.1 percent and net revenue of EUR 4.48 million last year.
Equinox is the first real estate joint-stock company to join the Slovenian equity market. Axor Holding is Equinox’s majority shareholder with a 75.5 percent stake, followed by state-owned company Kapitalska Druzba with 18.75 percent. The remainder is owned by a number of minority shareholders.
