Chicago-based Equity LifeStyle Properties purchased a 34-acre campsite in southwest Miami-Dade for $9.84 million. Miami Everglades Resort, located at 20675 Southwest 162nd Avenue, was developed in 1970. It includes cabins, a main store and swimming pool. Equity LifeStyle has a controlling interest in more than 370 communities and resorts in 32 states and British Columbia with nearly 140,000 sites.
